Chef Ross Warhol is a young talent from Buffalo, New York, whose innovative culinary vision has taken him around the world. Learning under the watchful eye of Daniel Johengen at Daniel's and studying under some of the brightest minds in the American culinary world at the Culinary Institute of America, Ross has returned to Western New York after a brief stint in Texas, where he honed his skills and love of local ingredients and seasonal cooking. His passion for local, fresh ingredients and international influences creates an inspiring experience at Oliver's.

Amanda Adams brings a rich background and a deep passion for the hospitality industry to Schutte Hospitality Group. Starting as a dishwasher at the age of 14, Amanda quickly climbed the ranks, managing a family-owned Italian restaurant by 21. Her extensive experience includes key roles with Two for Seven Restaurant Group, where she was part of the opening management team for TRATA and held management positions at black & blue steak and crab in multiple locations, as well as jojo Bistro and Wine Bar. As Corporate Director of Business Operations, Amanda oversees payroll, HR, IT, finance, insurance, and legal matters. Her expertise in day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, inventory control, and quality assurance ensures the smooth running of Schutte Hospitality Group's establishments. Amanda's notable achievements include opening multiple new locations and her ability to handle diverse restaurant operations needs. Her unwavering passion for creating memorable guest experiences drives her dedication to the industry, making her an invaluable asset to the team.

General Manager - Creekview Restaurant

HR & Payroll Administrator - Britesmith Brewing

Barbara brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her roles at Schutte Hospitality Group. She began her journey with SHG in the 90s as a server at Creekview Restaurant, quickly rising through the ranks to become Assistant Dining Room Manager and eventually General Manager. Since the opening of Britesmith Brewing, Barb has also served as the HR and Payroll Administrator. As General Manager, Barb leads the front-of-house and back-of-house teams at Creekview, ensuring smooth operations. She oversees staff hiring, training, development, and health and safety compliance. Her comprehensive management of operations, finance, guest service, and staff development ensures the highest level of hospitality.
